500 kV线路耐张线夹断裂原因分析及治理防范建议

Analysis of Fracture Causes of 500 kV Transmission Line Tensioning Clamp and Suggestions for Treatment and Prevention

  • 摘要: 耐张线夹是用来将导线或避雷线固定在非直线杆塔耐张绝缘子串上的金具。输电线路运行过程中,耐张线夹锈蚀、发热、断裂等问题时有发生,线夹断裂问题直接威胁输电线路的安全稳定运行,因此,加强耐张线夹断裂原因分析尤为重要。文章对某500 kV线路导线耐张线夹引流板根部断裂原因进行了分析,提出了相应的治理防范建议,为类似事件的分析与处理提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Tension clamp is a kind of hardware used to fix conductor or lightning conductor on the tension insulator string of non-linear tower. In the process of transmission line operation, problems such as corrosion, heating and fracture of tension clamp often occur. Clamp fracture is a direct threat to the safe and stable operation of transmission lines. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the fracture analysis of tension clamp. In this paper, the causes of the root fracture of the drainage plate of a 500 kV line conductor tension clamp are analyzed, and the corresponding treatment and prevention suggestions are put forward, which can provide reference for the analysis and treatment of similar incidents.
