高压及超高压电缆户外充油终端受力分析及计算

Force Analysis and Calculation of Oil-filled Outdoor Termination of High Voltage and Ultra High Voltage Cable

  • 摘要: 电缆户外终端是高压及超高压输电电缆与架空线连接必不可少的附件,其安装环境复杂,承受多种外力载荷作用,在户外终端设计过程中必须充分考虑多种载荷极端情况下其机械强度是否满足要求。通过对户外终端承受的出线导线拉力、风载荷、地震力、短路时电动力分析,运用仿真软件对户外终端在多种外力载荷共同作用下的变形及应力进行计算,并对终端套管与底座法兰、底座法兰与支撑绝缘子连接螺栓进行机械强度校核。

     

    Abstract: Outdoor termination is an indispensable accessory for the connection between high voltage and ultra-high voltage transmission cable and overhead line. Its installation environment is complex and the termination withstand a variety of external loads. In the design process of outdoor termination, it is necessary to fully consider whether its mechanical strength meets the requirements under various extreme loads. Through the analysis of the outgoing wire tension, wind load, earthquake force and short-circuit electrodynamic force under outdoor termination, calculate the deformation and stress of outdoor termination under the combined action of various external loads with simulation software, check the mechanical strength of bolt connecting termination bushing and base flange, base flange and support insulator.
