一种不停电修复10 kV架空裸导线的方法

A Method of Repairing 10 kV Overhead Bare Conductor without Power Failure

  • 摘要: 10 kV架空导线主要架设在道路两侧等人员车辆密集场所,对地距离有限,易遭受大型施工机械误碰、树木压覆以及雷击等事故,引发导线损伤、断股等故障。根据10 kV架空裸导线因外力破坏造成的线径损伤,结合现有新工具、新材料和新工艺,提出一种不停电剪断重接架空裸导线的方法,保证修复后导线的机械强度、电气性能均符合运行标准要求,且修补过程线路用户用电不受影响。

     

    Abstract: 10 kV overhead conductors are mainly erected on both sides of the road and other places where people and vehicles are concentrated, and the distance to the ground is limited, which is prone to accidents such as accidental collision of large construction machinery, tree covering and lightning strikes, leading to conductor damage, broken strand and other faults. According to the wire diameter damage caused by external force damage of 10 kV overhead bare conductor, combined with the existing new tools, new materials and new technology, a method of cutting and reconnecting the overhead bare conductor without power failure is proposed to ensure that the mechanical strength and electrical performance of the repaired conductor meet the requirements of the operation standard, and the power consumption of the line users will not be affected during the repair process.
