一种基于提高安全生产水平的放电棒设计

Design of a Discharge Rod to Improve Safety Production Level

  • 摘要: 为提高电力安全生产水平,消除高压容性设备残余电荷对设备运维人员造成的威胁,分析了容性设备放电模型,提出了一种具接地自检与放电过程可视化的放电棒设计,该放电棒采用穿芯设计,便于拆卸;具有接地通路自检功能,保证了放电回路的导通;最终利用数据拟合算法实现了放电指示功能,极大程度提高了安全生产水平。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the level of power safety production and eliminate the threat of residual charges in high-voltage capacitive equipment to operators, this article analyzes the discharge model of capacitive equipment and proposes a discharge rod design with grounding self inspection and visualization of discharge process. The discharge rod adopts a core piercing design for easy disassembly; Equipped with grounding path self check function, ensuring the continuity of the discharge circuit; The discharge indication function has been achieved using data fitting algorithms, greatly improving the level of safety production.
