一种装设500 kV接地线的方法研究

Research on a Method for Installing 500 kV Grounding Wire

  • 摘要: 500 kV变电站线路停电检修、预试等工作需要在线路侧装设500 kV接地线,为工作人员在检修设备时提供安全保证。然而,接地线金属部位采用铜金属且横截面积须符合要求,导致高压接地线一般较重,由于接地位置较高,在日常装设该接地线过程中操作难度较高,在高压场地容易出现操作失误造成人身或设备事故,风险极高。因此,通过研制500 kV接地线装设辅助小车实现了一人无须登高作业,单独装设接地线的目标。通过对接地线装设辅助小车的详细阐述,将接地线装设辅助小车的整体结构、主要部件、主要功能、接地线装设辅助小车的特点及其应用前景进行介绍。

     

    Abstract: 500 kV substation power outage maintenance, pre testing, and other work require the installation of 500 kV grounding wires on the line side to provide safety assurance for personnel during equipment maintenance. However, the metal part of the grounding wire is made of copper metal and the cross-sectional area meets the requirements, resulting in a generally heavy high-voltage grounding wire. Due to the high grounding position, the operation difficulty in daily installation of the grounding wire is high, and there is a high risk of personal or equipment accidents caused by operational errors in high-voltage sites. Therefore, by developing an auxiliary trolley for installing 500 kV grounding wires, the goal of installing grounding wires separately without the need for one person to climb heights was achieved. The article elaborates on the overall structure, main components, main functions, characteristics, and application prospects of the auxiliary trolley for grounding wire installation through a detailed explanation of the auxiliary trolley for grounding wire installation.
