基于时序生产模拟的新能源多目标消纳能力评价

Multi-objective Absorption Capacity Evaluation of New Energy Based on Time Series Production Simulation

  • 摘要: 针对如何正确评估电力系统的新能源消纳能力,文章提出一种基于基于时序生产模拟的新能源多目标消纳能力评价模型,首先分析了市场机制下新能源消纳模式,认为我国新能源发展阶段主要为新能源不参与竞价交易的模式。然后,提出一种基于时序生产模拟的新能源多目标消纳能力评价模型,以新能源弃风弃光电量最小为目标,能够求得新能源最大消纳电量及弃风弃光情况。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at how to correctly evaluate the new energy absorption capacity of the power system, this paper proposes a multi-objective evaluation model of new energy consumption capacity based on time series production simulation. Firstly, the paper analyzes the new energy consumption mode under the market mechanism, and believes that the new energy development stage in China is mainly the mode of new energy not participating in auction transactions. Then, a multi-objective absorption capacity evaluation model of new energy based on time series production simulation is proposed, which can obtain the maximum power consumption of new energy and the situation of wind and solar power with the goal of minimizing the amount of energy abandoned by wind and light.
