山东省分时电价对光伏和储能系统的影响

The Impact of Time-of-use Electricity Prices in Shandong Province on Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems

  • 摘要: 分时电价作为电力需求侧管理的重要手段之一,在世界各国电力工业经济管理中正在发挥着越来越大的作用。运用分时电价可以实现削峰填谷、移峰平谷,减缓发电侧电力投资,提高供电可靠性,减少用户电费等1。文章根据山东省分时电价对分布式光伏和储能系统的经济收益在不同储能电池及不同时间进行分析,研究其经济性,并提出建议。

     

    Abstract: As one of the important means of power demand side management, time-of-use pricing (TOU) is playing an increasingly important role in the economic management of the power industry around the world. Using time-of-use electricity prices can achieve peak shaving and valley filling, peak shifting and valley leveling, slow down power investment on the generation side, improve power supply reliability, and reduce user electricity bills. This article analyzes the economic benefits of distributed photovoltaic and energy storage systems based on the time-of-use electricity price in Shandong Province at different energy storage batteries and at different times, studies their economics, and puts forward suggestions.
