Optimization of Electrical Equipment Layout with Double Bus Connection in AIS Substation

  • 摘要: 针对AIS变电站双母接线电气设备布置方式,克服传统设计理念存在的不足,在不增加变电站面积的情况下,提出3种优化设计方案,将电压互感器和避雷器采用共基础结构,改变断路器、电缆沟及端子箱的位置布置,优化隔离开关结构形式,方便大型作业车辆(高空作业、吊车)的使用,可以满足电气设备吊装检修时《国家电网公司电力安全工作规程(变电部分)》规定的安全距离要求,大大降低作业安全风险,提高作业效率。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the layout of double bus connection electrical equipment in AIS substation, overcoming the shortcomings of the traditional design concept, three optimization design schemes are proposed without increasing the area of the substation. The voltage transformer and lightning arrester are adopted in the common foundation structure, the position and layout of the circuit breaker, cable trench and terminal box are changed, and the structural form of the disconnector is optimized to facilitate the use of large-scale operation vehicles (aerial operation and crane), It can meet the safety distance requirements specified in the safety regulations during the lifting and maintenance of electrical equipment, greatly reduce the operation safety risk and improve the operation efficiency.
