小电源富集地区的电压控制策略

Voltage Control Strategy in Small Power Supply Enriching Regions

  • 摘要: 在小电源富集区,电力潮流剧烈变动引发电压大幅波动,严重制约了电力外送和负荷供电。针对这一问题,研究无功充盈系统的稳态电压控制显得格外重要。文章首先根据单机无穷大系统模型,建立了电压偏差与有功、无功、电阻、电抗、变比的数学关系式。其次,进行了灵敏度分析,估算了各变量的灵敏度系数值。然后,总结出了“主变变比最能影响控制点电压,控制点电压变动对主变变比变化最敏感”的规律,提出了以调控主变变比为主的电压控制策略。最后,通过秦口35 kV输变电系统电压控制工程进行算例分析,验证了策略的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In the small power supply enriching regions, because power flow fluctuates dramatically, the steady running voltage alternates so substantially that power delivery and supply are restricted seriously. To address this problem, it is significant for the reactive power filling system to research voltage control. On the basis of single-machine infinite-bus system model, the paper establishes firstly mathematical formulas of voltage deviation and real power、reactive power、resistance、reactance. Secondly, the paper carries out the sensitivity analysis, and estimates these relative sensitivity coefficients. Furthermore, the paper summarizes a law that the transformation ratio affects mostly the control point voltage and the control point voltage's change is sensitive mostly to the transformation ratio's change, presents the voltage control strategy which depends mainly on regulating transformation ratio. Finally, as a case analysis, the voltage control engineer about Qinkou 35 kV power transmission and transformation system testifies validity of the control strategy.
