基于仿真用电检查及装表接电实训的智能检测系统设计

Design of an Intelligent Detection System for Simulation-Based Electricity Inspection and Meter Installation and Connection Training

  • 摘要: 针对电力营销领域装表接电、用电检查专业工开展现场及培训工作存在的“大、贵、无、难”4个方面难题,文章设计一种小型化、集成化、智能化的模拟仿真实训系统,采用前端摄像 + AI识别的方式采集学员操作信息,配合PC控制软件判别学员接线情况,反馈操作错误事项以实时纠正,从根本上提升了学员培训质量。同时,该系统还兼具仿真度高、操作简便和安全性好等优点,实用效益显著,值得深入研究和推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the four major problems of "bulkiness, high cost, lack of resources, and difficulty" existing in on-site work and training for professionals in electricity meter installation and connection and electricity inspection in the field of power marketing, this paper designs a miniaturized, integrated, and intelligent simulation training system. This system uses the method of camera and AI recognition to collect the operation information of trainees. It cooperates with PC control software to judge the wiring situation of trainees and provide feedback on operation errors for real-time correction, fundamentally improving the training quality of trainees. At the same time, this system also has the advantages of high simulation degree, easy operation, and good safety, with significant practical benefits. It is worthy of in-depth research and wide application.
