不停电换表技术现状分析及研究

Analysis on the Present Situation and Research of Uninterruptible PowerMeter Replacement Technology

  • 摘要: 不停电换表装置能够保证更换电能表时持续为客户供电,让客户无感知换表,提高了供电企业的供用电服务水平,其工作原理是建立电能表计量回路的短接旁路,目前主要有穿刺和电能表接插件2类设备。2类设备虽然都能实现不停电换表这一功能,但在安全取电、电能计量、成本控制、适用性以及普及周期等方面仍存在不足。文章提出了一种新型不停电换表装置,创新性地从空气断路器下口固定螺丝取电,能够兼顾成本、安全、高效、适用性、电能计量等多个方面,有效解决了当前市面上不停电换表装置的不足。

     

    Abstract: Non-blackout meter changing device ensure a continuous power supply during meter replacement, allowing users to change meters without any perception of disruption and improving the service level of power supply enterprises. Their working principle involves establishing a short-circuit bypass for the metering circuit of the electricity meter. Currently, there are mainly two types of devices: puncture type and electric meter connector plug type. Although both types of devices can achieve the function of non-power-cut meter replacement, they still have deficiencies in safe power extraction, energy metering, cost control, applicability, and popularization period. This paper proposes a novel non-blackout meter changing device that innovatively draws power from the fixing screw under the air circuit breaker. It takes into account multiple aspects such as cost, safety, efficiency, applicability, and energy metering, effectively addressing the shortcomings of current non-stop power meter replacement devices on the market.
