基于调整结构的接线排定位拆装装置设计

Design of Wiring Block Positioning and Disassembly Device Based on Structural Adjustment

  • 摘要: 为解决变压器接线排拆装过程中操作难、耗时长、易移位等问题,文章设计一种新型接线排定位拆装工具,利用基准孔和配套螺栓将铜排与工具稳固连接,通过调整螺丝将铜排与接线口调整到同一水平高度,扳动拨杆使铜排与孔位对准,以便于顺利装卸接线螺丝,提升接线排拆装的安全性、便捷性、高效性和经济性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of difficult operation, long time consumption, and easy displacement during the disassembly and assembly of transformer wiring blocks, this paper designs a new type of wiring block positioning and disassembly tool. The tool uses reference holes and matching bolts to securely connect the copper busbar. Screws are adjusted to align the copper busbar with the wiring port to the same horizontal height. A lever is used to precisely align the copper busbar with the hole position, enabling smooth loading and unloading of wiring screws. This design significantly enhances the safety, convenience, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of wiring block disassembly and assembly operations.
