计及多影响因素的配电系统户均容量合理值量化评估

Quantitative Evaluation of Reasonable Per-household Capacity of Distribution System Considering Multiple Influence Factors

  • 摘要: 配电系统是直接面向城乡用户供电最重要的环节,具有体量巨大、分布广泛、投资敏感等特点。“十四五”以来,配电系统投资累计达万亿元,如何更加经济性地提升配电系统供电能力,是实现配电系统高质量发展的重要命题。户均配变容量是直接反映区域供电能力与承载能力是否充足的关键指标,针对新型配电系统建设中户均容量的经济性规划与配置难题,文章考虑不同区域负荷类型、经济发展、同时率、修正系数等影响因素,构建了新型配电系统户均容量合理值评估模型,提出了户均容量合理值评估方法,通过实际数据进行验证,结果表明本研究提出的方法能够有效指导新型配电系统规划设计与技术改造,为配电系统转型升级提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Distribution system is the most important segment of power supply for urban and rural users. Since the 14th Five Year Plan, the cumulative investment in the distribution system has reached trillions of yuan. How to improve the power supply capacity of the distribution system more economically is an important proposition. Per-household capacity directly reflects whether the power supply capacity and carrying capacity of the region are sufficient. For the problem of selection of per-household capacity, a new model for evaluating the reasonable value of per-household capacity is constructed, taking into account factors such as different regional load types, economic development, simultaneity and correction coefficients. A method for evaluating the reasonable value of per-household capacity is proposed and validated through actual data from multiple regions.The results indicate that the method proposed in this paper can effectively guide the planning, design and technological transformation of new distribution systems, thereby providing support for the transformation and upgrading of the traditional distribution network to a new distribution systems.
