Abstract: In order to promote the efficient development of uninterrupted power operation in the capital's distribution network, State Grid Beijing Electric Power Company has introduced market-oriented concepts, clarified the responsibilities of the "demander", "provider", and "regulator" of uninterrupted power market services, promoted standardized market operation, standardized pricing rules, optimized market environment, and built a management system for uninterrupted power operation in the distribution network with clear responsibilities, multiple benefits, and each taking what they need.
