Abstract:
Under the guidance of China's "dual carbon" policy, the proportion of centralized photovoltaic power plants has been increasing year by year in China. However, centralized photovoltaic power stations have high grid connection voltage, large capacity, and long connection distance, which generally require long-distance high-voltage transmission to connect to higher-level substations. Due to inaccurate reactive power compensation of the lines, power factor adjustment electricity fees often exceed the standard, seriously affecting economic benefits. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of a centralized photovoltaic power station that the power factor adjustment electricity fee exceeding the standard. Starting from the basic concept of power factor adjustment electricity fee, the factors that lead to the power factor adjustment electricity fee exceeding the standard of the photovoltaic power station are analyzed. Corresponding solutions and operational suggestions are provided. The research results of the paper can be extended to other centralized photovoltaic power stations, providing reference for improving the economic benefits of centralized photovoltaic power stations.
