沿海地区配电网基杆应急抗灾加固装置的设计

Design of Emergency Disaster Resistance Reinforcement Device for Distribution Network in Coastal Areas

  • 摘要: 针对自然灾害导致的基杆倒塌和线路损坏情况,设计一种适用于沿海地区配电网的基杆应急抗灾加固装置。在连杆结构原理和弹性形变特征基础上,制定不同的基杆加固方案,结合安全性、经济性及可操作性指标,形成集抱紧组件、扎地组件及伸缩连接杆于一体的装置组合,并逐步设置支撑机构和移动机构,在拉线制作、安装、收紧和安装下把拉线过程中最大限度降低耗时,提升基杆加固效率和效益。

     

    Abstract: According at the base rod collapse and line damage caused by natural disasters, this paper designed a emergency disaster resistance reinforcement device for distribution network in coastal area. Firstly, based on the structure principle and elastic deformation characteristics of connecting rod, different reinforcement schemes of base rod are formulated. Secondly, combined with safety, economy and operability indicators, a combination of holding components, ground components and expansion connection rod is formed. Finally, the support mechanism and mobile mechanism are gradually improved to minimize the time consumption in the process of making, installing, tightening and installing the pull wire pulling, and improve the efficiency and benefit of the base rod reinforcement.
