Abstract:
In order to improve the level of mechanized construction throughout the entire process of slab foundation and further reduce engineering costs, this article attempts for the first time to design a single slab foundation with a single layer of rigid steps, fully utilizing the characteristic of rigid steps that do not require reinforcement. The construction period can be shortened by 0.5 days, and the single slab foundation with a single layer of rigid steps saves 1.52% to 3.3% compared to conventional slab foundations. Compared to conventional slab foundations, when the pulling force on the foundation ranges from 304 kN to 756 kN and the bottom plate thickness is 200 mm, the foundation cost is reduced by 0.77% to 6.32%. The above research results have been applied to the 110 kV outlet project of a certain 220 kV substation and have been running well so far.
