可变径支架惯性陀螺仪电缆管线探测成像技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Cable Pipeline Detection Imaging Technology for Variable Diameter Bracket Inertial Gyroscope

  • 摘要: 针对目前电力管线测量技术存在的问题,文章通过对比选择了惯性陀螺仪电力管线测量技术,提出改进可变径式惯性陀螺仪支架,在可以适应不同大小惯性陀螺仪和各种直径管线,应用三维成像技术将测得的数据进行可视化加工,绘制三维电力管线路径图,通过实际工程测量证明改进后的可变径支架惯性陀螺仪的有效性,装置轻便灵活,测量准确,可靠性高,同时能将电缆路径利用可视化技术成像,对现代电力管线测量、防止电缆外破、提升供电可靠性有着重要作用。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the current power pipeline measurement technology, this paper selected the inertial gyroscope power pipeline measurement technology by comparison, proposed an improved variable-diameter inertial gyroscope support, and applied three-dimensional imaging technology to visualize the measured data and draw three-dimensional power pipeline path diagram when adapting to different sizes of inertial gyroscopes and pipelines of various diameters.The improved variable diameter bracket is proved by practical engineering measurement. The inertial gyroscope is effective, the device is light and flexible, the measurement is accurate, the reliability is high, and the cable path can be imaged by visualization technology. It plays an important role in modern power pipeline measurement, preventing cable breakage and improving power supply reliability.
