Abstract:
To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of professional distribution network operation and power supply service level, it is imperative to comprehensively digitize and intelligentize the scheduling business. This article analyzes the existing telephone command process and proposes an optimized command process for distribution network scheduling. A network dispatching command system of distribution network is developed by selecting the four components of the system, which are command platform, terminal equipment, transmission protocol and identity verification mode. Experimental applications show that the command time is reduced from an average of 174.6 seconds to 19.2 seconds, a reduction of 88%. It not only achieves a more efficient and secure scheduling mode, but also achieves the goal of reducing the burden on grassroots employees and improving the quality and efficiency of the enterprise.
