配电网调度网络下令系统的研究与应用

Research and Application of Dispatch Network Command System for Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 为提升调控专业配网运营效益和供电服务水平,调度业务的全面数字化、智能化建设势在必行。文章通过对现有电话下令流程的分析,提出了优化后的配电网调度网络下令流程,通过对系统发令端平台、终端设备、传输协议、身份校验方式4个组成部分的择优选择,研发出了配电网调度网络化下令系统,试验应用表明下令用时由原来的平均174.6 s缩减至19.2 s,缩减88%。该系统的应用不仅实现了更高效更安全的调度模式,也实现了为基层员工减负、为企业提质增效的目标。

     

    Abstract: To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of professional distribution network operation and power supply service level, it is imperative to comprehensively digitize and intelligentize the scheduling business. This article analyzes the existing telephone command process and proposes an optimized command process for distribution network scheduling. A network dispatching command system of distribution network is developed by selecting the four components of the system, which are command platform, terminal equipment, transmission protocol and identity verification mode. Experimental applications show that the command time is reduced from an average of 174.6 seconds to 19.2 seconds, a reduction of 88%. It not only achieves a more efficient and secure scheduling mode, but also achieves the goal of reducing the burden on grassroots employees and improving the quality and efficiency of the enterprise.
