Abstract:
Currently, high-loss equipment in medium and low voltage distribution networks has problems such as a long governance cycle, high reliance on manual labor, and difficult evaluation of effects. This paper integrates the power big data of the "planning information system 2.0" and deepens the application of integrated power and line loss management system. An analysis model is constructed from three aspects: closed-loop management of line loss work orders, intelligent diagnosis of high-loss causes, and simulation of loss reduction schemes. Statistical analysis of line loss work orders, diagnostic evaluation of high-loss causes, and quantitative evaluation of loss reduction schemes are carried out. The governance time limit of high-loss equipment is compressed by 42%, the workload of grass-roots line loss management personnel is reduced by 56%, and the line loss rate of medium and low voltage distribution networks is reduced to 2.5%, So, a novel mode for analyzing and treating high-loss equipment under the background of a new power system is explored.
