高比例分布式光伏接入下的配电网电压控制策略研究

Research on Voltage Control Strategy of Distribution Network under High Proportion of Distributed Photovoltaic Access

  • 摘要: 高比例分布式光伏并网对中低压配电网产生了显著的影响,尤其是光伏渗透率较高时容易出现电压越限、波动等问题,严重影响配电网安全稳定运行。分析了传统配电网电压控制策略,在此基础上提出了基于光伏逆变器的功率因数、功率和电压的综合电压控制方法,并通过实际配电网算例进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明该方法具有良好的电压控制效果,可有效提升高比例分布式光伏配电网运行的安全性。

     

    Abstract: The high proportion of distributed photovoltaic grid connection has a significant impact on the medium and low voltage distribution network, especially when the photovoltaic penetration rate is high, it is easy to have problems such as voltage violation and fluctuation, which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the distribution network. This paper analyzes the voltage control strategy of the traditional distribution network, and on this basis, a comprehensive voltage control method based on power factor, power and voltage based on photovoltaic inverter is proposed. The simulation results show that the method has a good voltage control effect, and can improve the safety of distribution network with high proportion of distributed photovoltaic.
