110 kV变电站越级跳闸常见事故原因探析

Analysis on the Causes of Common Accidents of Over-tripping in 110 kV Substations

  • 摘要: 在电网运行过程中,由于保护装置越级跳闸引发的大面积停电事故严重影响了电网的安全、经济运行,对社会造成不可估量的经济损失,同时对企业良好形象及电力营商环境产生负面影响。文章对事故原因进行了认真分析和研究,从110 kV变电站高、中、低压侧保护定值的整定计算、保护插件校验试验、变压器励磁涌流、主变电流互感器电流匹配和日常运检状态等方面进行全方位分析,得出了引发事故越级跳闸的各种原因,同时对110 kV变电站日常运检工作提出了更高要求。

     

    Abstract: In the process of power grid operation, the large-scale power outage accidents caused by the protection device tripping have seriously affected the safety and economic operation of the power grid. These accidents have resulted in substantial economic losses to society and negatively affected the corporate image and the power business environment. In this paper, the causes of the accident are carefully analyzed and studied. The analysis covers the setting calculations of protection values on the high, medium, and low voltage sides of 110 kV substations, verification tests of protection plugins, transformer excitation inrush currents, main transformer current matching, and the operational status during daily inspections. Various causes of over-tripping accidents are identified. At the same time, higher requirements are put forward for the daily operation and inspection work of 110 kV substations.
