基于带电作业的变电站开关柜不停电改造实施

Construction of Substation Switchgear Without Power Outage Based on Live Work

  • 摘要: 变电站改造施工往往涉及线路长时间、大范围停电,对居民生活和企业生产造成严重影响。针对县域35 kV变电站开关柜退役更换施工问题,探索带电作业方式开展变电站负荷的不停电改接。以35 kV大夼变电站GG1A开关柜更换施工为例,研究带电作业新技术在变电站开关柜不停电改造实施中的应用,梳理作业流程,细化专业分工,以带电作业形式完成变电站出线负荷的不停电改接,实现了整站开关柜改造过程中的“客户零感知,负荷零损失”。

     

    Abstract: Substation renovation often involves a long time and a wide range of power outage, which has a serious impact on the resident life and the production of enterprises. In view of the decommissioning and replacement of switchgear in county 35 kV substations, it is necessary to explore the way of on-line operation to carry out transformer substation load switching without power failure. Taking the 35 kV Dakuang Substation GG1A switch cabinet replacement construction as an example, this paper studies the application of the new technology of live work in the implementation of the substation switchgear transformation without power failure, summarizes the operation process, classifies the division of specialization, and completes the substation outlet load transformation without power failure in the form of live work, realizing "zero user perception and zero load loss" in the whole station switchgear transformation process.
