一起开关柜超声波局放异常分析及处理

Analysis and Treatment of the Abnormal Ultrasonic Partial Discharge of a Switch Cabinet

  • 摘要: 针对一起10 kV GG型开关柜超声波局放检测数据异常事件,通过分析对比前后柜超声波局放异常数据,发现其明显的放电特征量和异常信号的发生位置,再结合停电外施电压加以验证,从而确定放电部位和放电类型。该事件是由于柜内电流互感器绝缘劣化而导致超声波局放超标,更换三相电流互感器后设备隐患消除。

     

    Abstract: This article focused on the abnormal data of ultrasonic partial discharge of 10 kV GG switch cabinet. By analyzing and comparing the abnormal data of ultrasonic partial discharge in front and back cabinets, the obvious discharge characteristic quantity and the abnormal signal location was found. And then combined with power outage applied voltage test to verified the conclusion. Thus, the discharge location and discharge type was founded. Because of the deterioration of the insulation of the current transformer in the cabinet, the ultrasonic partial discharge is out of the standard. The hidden danger of equipment can be eliminated in time after replacing the three current transformer.
