中压开关柜内部燃弧故障的探究

Probe Into the Internal Arc Fault of Medium Voltage Switchgear

  • 摘要: 内部电弧故障试验是高压开关柜的强制试验项目(适用时),内部电弧故障能量大、对开关柜及门板盖板冲击压力大;且由于电弧的质量轻、电弧发生的复杂性,试验中有很多不确定性。文章通过对十年来30余次内部燃弧故障试验发生的现象、问题进行总结,从压力计算、燃弧能量、弧根转移、开关跳闸等方面分析总结,结合客户需求和实际应用,对抗内燃弧故障开关柜在压力释放通道设计、泄压盖板设计、柜顶防护设计、通风孔设计等方面进行抗燃弧设计的探讨。

     

    Abstract: The internal arc fault test is a compulsory test item of high voltage switchgear (when applicable), the internal arc fault energy is large, and the impact pressure on the switchgear and sheet and panel cover plate is large. Because of the light weight of the arc and the complexity of the arc occurrence, there are many uncertainties in the test. This paper summarizes the phenomena and problems of more than 30 internal arc fault tests in the past ten years, analyzes and summarizes the pressure calculation, arc energy, arc root transfer, switch trip and other aspects, combined with customer demand and practical application. The design of the switch cabinet against internal arc fault is discussed in the design of pressure release channel, pressure relief cover plate, cabinet top protection and ventilation hole.
