模块化复合抢修塔的研制及应用

Development and Application of a Modular Composite Emergency Repair Tower

  • 摘要: 针对输电线路杆塔倒塔后难以快速恢复的应急抢修难题,基于模块化结构设计理念研制了一种模块化复合抢修塔。从材料工艺选择、模块化结构设计、安全性、技术特点及优势方面深入论述了该型复合抢修塔的研制,该复合抢修塔由复合主杆、绝缘横担、斜拉绝缘子、碳纤维横撑、玄武岩底座等模块构成。结合实地工程现场进行了立杆实用化应用,结果表明该型模块化抢修塔能有效实现输电线路倒塔后的快速立杆,并且安全性能良好,若应用碳纤维伸缩型“人”字型抱杆后效果会更佳。该复合抢修塔特别适合复杂环境下发生倒塔事故后临时快速恢复供电抢修及现场应急演练等场合,具有可推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of emergency repair of transmission line tower which is difficult to recover quickly after tower collapse, a modular composite emergency repair tower is developed based on the concept of modular structure design. The development of this type of composite repair tower is discussed from the aspects of material process selection, modular structure design, safety, technical characteristics and advantages, the composite repair tower is composed of composite main rod, insulated cross arm, cable-stayed insulator, carbon fiber cross brace, basalt base and other modules.The results show that this type of modular emergency repair tower can effectively realize the rapid recovery of the power transmission line after the collapse of the tower, and the safety performance is good. After the application of the telescopic herringbone gin pole, it is especially suitable for the temporary quick restoration of power supply after the collapse of the tower accident in complex environment and on-site emergency drill, and has the application value of popularization.
