大规模分布式光伏接入下低压配电网综合治理设备的研究与应用

Research and Application of a Comprehensive Control Equipment for Low-voltage Distribution Networks under Large-scale Distributed Photovoltaic Access

  • 摘要: 随着分布式光伏大规模接入低压配电网,分布式光伏满发消纳、降低投资改造成本和保障配网安全运行,形成了“三元矛盾”。为破解这一难题,研发了一种低压配电网综合治理设备——光伏伴侣。文章介绍了光伏伴侣的主要功能、接入方式、设备性能、应用效果与工程示范,形成了一套以光伏伴侣为核心的低压配电网综合治理可推广、可复制方案。

     

    Abstract: With the large-scale integration of distributed photovoltaics into low-voltage distribution networks, a "three element contradiction" has been emerged, which includes the full generation and consumption of distributed photovoltaics, the reduction of investment and renovation costs, and the guarantee of safe operation of the distribution network. To solve this problem, a comprehensive governance equipment for low-voltage distribution networks called the "Photovoltaic Companion" has been developed. This article introduces the main functions, connection methods, equipment performance, application effects, and demonstrations of the Photovoltaic Companion. And a solution, which is centered around the "Photovoltaic Companion", is formed. It can be replicated and applied for comprehensive control of low-voltage distribution networks.
