远方备自投在巴彦淖尔110 kV电网的研究与应用

Research and Application of Remote Backup Automatic Switching of 110 kV Power Grid in Bayannur

  • 摘要: 随着电网架构的不断建设和完善,国民经济发展和社会生活对电力系统供电可靠性要求越来越高,本站就地备自投只能解决本站主备电源的切换,对于单电源负荷环网和双电源串联链式网络的相邻厂站无法实现主备电源快速切换。通过巴彦淖尔110 kV主网架的结构分析和继电保护性能对不同运行方式供电可靠性的影响,以及已采用的就地备自投的弊端分析,提出了基于光纤通道实时数据传输的远方备自投应用方案,并实际应用到巴彦淖尔110 kV单电源三角环网中。结合巴彦淖尔110 kV主网架的主要结构特点,根据继电保护“四性”要求,安排合理的运行方式,提出远方备自投适宜的应用配置建议,为解决电网中类似问题起到指导作用。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous construction and improvement of the power grid structure, the national economic development and social life have higher requirements for the power supply reliability of the power system. Local backup automatic switching can only switch the main and backup power supply of the station. For the adjacent stations of the single source supply loop and the double source series chain network, fast switching of the main and backup power supply cannot be achieved. Through the structural analysis of 110 kV power grid in Bayannur, the influence of relay protection performance on the power supply reliability of different operation modes, and the analysis of the disadvantages of the adopted local backup automatic switching, a fiber channel based remote backup automatic switching method is proposed for 110 kV single power triangular network. Combined with the main structural characteristics of 110 kV power grid in Bayannur and the requirements of the “four-point” of relay protection, reasonable operation mode is arranged. Suitable application and configuration suggestions for remote backup automatic switching are proposed for the guiding function.
