浅析基于山区灾害影响的配电网辅助规划系统构建方法研究

Research on the Construction Method of Distribution Network Auxiliary Planning System Based on the Impact of Mountain Disasters

  • 摘要: 山区是雷击、覆冰等自然灾害高发地区,影响山区农村配电网供电可靠性,为此,提出考虑山区灾害影响的配电网辅助规划系统的构建方法,以文成山区配电网建设为切入点,贯通业务中台、量测中心、数据中台等电网环境中心实时获取雷电监测数据、用户负荷数据等信息,通过对文成县雷击等自然灾害特性、区域清洁能源互补能力及配电网薄弱点的分析,生成具有山区特色的设备级配网规划方案,辅助指导配网自动规划。通过数字化手段,可以分析山区配网中清洁能源的供应情况,评估灾害发生后的能源供应可靠性和恢复能力,提升配电网安全运行和供电可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Mountainous areas are regions with a high incidence of natural disasters such as lightning strikes and icing, which affect the power supply reliability of rural distribution networks in mountainous areas. Therefore, a construction method of a distribution network auxiliary planning system considering the impact of mountain disasters is proposed. Taking the construction of the distribution network in Wencheng mountainous area as the starting point, it penetrates through the business center, measurement center, data center and other grid environment centers to obtain real-time information such as lightning monitoring data and user load data. Through the analysis of the characteristics of natural disasters such as lightning strikes in Wencheng County, the complementary ability of regional clean energy and the weak points of the distribution network, an equipment-level distribution network planning scheme with mountain characteristics is generated to assist and guide the automatic distribution network planning. Through digital means, the supply situation of clean energy in the mountain distribution network can be analyzed, the reliability and recovery ability of energy supply after disasters can be evaluated, and the safe operation and power supply reliability of the distribution network can be improved.
