考虑负荷堆积效应的配电网“低电压”治理措施

Research on Low Voltage Control of Distribution Network Considering Load Accumulation Effect

  • 摘要: 在配电网负荷的种类与容量不断增加的现状下,为了解决偏远地区配电网“低电压”,且缺乏针对性、根本性的分析方法及治理措施的问题,文章提出了一种计及负荷堆积效应的配电网“低电压”治理方法。通过现场实验测试及理论分析,对“低电压”问题的本质原因进行剖析,提出了负荷堆积效应及单位电压跌折率的概念,并以此为基础针对性的提出了电压治理措施。仿真结果表明:依据此研究方法提出的治理措施可有效解决配电线路“低电压”问题,线路全线电压满足供电电压偏差要求。提出的研究方法能够精确制定“低电压”治理措施,效果显著,且能够节省大量的成本,具有实际指导意义,可广泛应用于配电网电能质量提升。

     

    Abstract: Under the current situation that the load types and capacity of distribution network are also increasing, in order to solve the problem of serious low-voltage problem of distribution network in remote areas, and the lack of targeted and fundamental analysis methods and treatment measures, this paper proposes a low-voltage treatment method of distribution network considering the load accumulation effect. Through on-site experimental testing and theoretical analysis, the essential causes of low voltage problems were analyzed, and the concepts of load accumulation effect and unit voltage discount rate were put forward. Based on this, the voltage control measures were put forward. The simulation results show that the control measures proposed based on this research method can effectively solve the problem of low voltage of distribution lines, and the voltage of the whole line can meet the requirements of power supply voltage deviations. The proposed research method can accurately formulate low-voltage control measures, with significant effect, and can save a lot of costs, which has practical guiding significance, and can be widely used in the improvement of power quality in distribution network.
