基于分布式光伏规模化开发的电能质量管理研究

  • 摘要: 大量分布式光伏接入中低压电网,给中低压电网带来反向重过载和电压越限等问题,为解决该问题,沂水县供电公司以电能质量监测为基础,建成“交直流汇集、单多户逆变、公专变升压、一多点并网” + 配套储能系列示范工程,以寺前官庄分布式光伏整村开发为试点,开展电能质量治理。为解决低压并网分布式光伏带来的电压频繁越限问题,提出控制策略,开发调节控制程序,完成台区融合终端 + 有载调压变压器 + 智能电容 + 逆变器的电能质量区域自治试点,建成基于“整村 + 光伏 + 储能”分布式光伏柔性控制和电能质量区域自治示范工程。

In order to solve the problem of frequent voltage exceeding the limit caused by Low voltage grid-connected distributed photovoltaic, proposed control strategies, developed regulation control procedures, completed the power quality regional autonomous pilot of integrated terminal in the distribution network, power transformer with OLTC, smart capacitor,and inverter, built a flexible control of distributed photovoltaic system and Regional autonomy of power quality demonstration project based on "whole village + photovoltaics + energy storage"strategy.
