基于毫米波探测技术的高压电力塔杆攀爬预警

High Voltage Power Tower Pole Climbing Warning Based on Millimeter Wave Detection Technology

  • 摘要: 在保障电网输配电系统中,高压电力塔杆作为其重要的电力基础设施,近年发生多起社会人员攀爬高压电力塔杆导致的人员财产安全事故。采用性能优异的低功耗毫米波探测技术,并结合5G通信和北斗定位功能,与后台调度系统完成实时数据交互,一旦发生社会人员攀爬事件,及时触发探测预警,完成精准定位,并通过5G通信向电力调度系统触发告警事件,同时可接入现场视频监控和语音警告模块,提高了后台调度系统对现场的处置能力,同时也为人员密集区的电力系统提供了前期预警,减少高压电力塔杆由于人员攀爬造成的电力安全事故。

     

    Abstract: In the transmission and distribution system, the high voltage power tower is an important power infrastructure. In recent years, there have been many accidents caused by social personnel climbing the high voltage power tower pole. It uses low-power millimeter-wave detection technology with excellent performance, combined with 5G communication and Beidou positioning function, to complete real-time data interaction with the background dispatching system. Once social personnel climbing events occur, timely detection and early warning are triggered to complete accurate positioning, and alarm events are triggered to the power dispatching system through 5G communication, and on-site video surveillance and voice warning modules can be connected. It also provides early warning for the power system in densely populated areas, and reduces the power safety accidents caused by personnel climbing of the high-voltage power tower pole.
