Analysis of Switchgear Overvoltage Burnout Trip Caused by 10 kV Grounding

  • 摘要: 文章分析一起10 kV接地造成开关柜过电压跳闸事件,某10 kV馈线线路A相接地,B、C相电压升高,15板(1号电容器)因弧光过电压,母线室内相间绝缘击穿,并迅速发展为三相短路,电弧漂移造成母线室背部挡板和下挡板烧蚀,因开关柜内触头严重发热,导致绝缘件性能劣化,使柜内相间短路快速发生。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes an overvoltage tripping event of switchgear caused by 10 kV grounding. Phase A of the 10 kV feeder line is connected to the ground, voltages of phases B and C increased, 15 board (capacitor No. 1) due to arc overvoltage, indoor insulation breakdown of the bus, and rapidly developed into a three-phase shortcircuit. Arcdrift caused the ablation of the back baffle of bus room and the lower baffle, serious heat in the switch cabinet contacts, resulting in insulation performance deterioration, and interphase short circuit in thr cabinet occurs quickly.
