基于5G量子技术的山区自愈型微电网建设与实践

Construction and Practice of Self-healing Microgrid in Mountainous Areas Based on 5G Quantum Technology

  • 摘要: 在国家“双碳”目标以及新型电力系统建设背景下,文章针对山区配电网应急抗灾能力不强难题,深入剖析关键因素,以智慧调度下令模式和数智化电网理念,从搭建组织架构、孵化示范工程、数字创新应用、健全制度保障等维度着手,以5G通信、量子加密、数智采集、聚合算法为核心,以数字化、智能化应用为导向,建立了微网黑启动、集群调控创新特色应用,形成了基于5G + 量子技术“电源、配网、变电站”三位一体山区微网自愈体系,达到了新形势下绿色能源高效消纳、区域供电可靠性显著提升、配网设备安全可靠经济运行的目标,为有源配网绿电发展提供典型示范案例,具有较好的经济效益和推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Against the backdrop of the national "dual carbon" goal and the construction of a new power system, this article deeply analyses the key factors in response to the weak emergency disaster resistance capability of the mountainous distribution network. With the concept of smart dispatch and the digitalization of the power grid, it starts from the dimensions of building organizational structure, incubating demonstration projects, digital innovation applications, and improving institutional guarantees. With 5G communication, quantum encryption, digital intelligence collection, and aggregation algorithms as the core, and digital and intelligent applications as the guidance, it establishes innovative characteristic applications of microgrid black start and cluster regulation, and forms a self-healing system for mountainous microgrids based on 5G + quantum technology "power supply, distribution network, and substation", and achieves the goals of efficient consumption of green energy, significant improvement of regional power supply reliability, and safe, reliable and economic operation of distribution network equipment under the new situation.It also provides typical demonstration cases for the development of green electricity of active distribution network with good economic benefits and promotion value.
