避雷器带电检测电压信号提取终端的研究

Development and Application of Voltage Extraction Intelligent Terminal for Metal Oxide Surge Arrester Leakage Current Live Test

  • 摘要: 避雷器带电测试是设备运维管理单位开展最频繁的带电测试项目之一,传统测试方法须电压二次端子定位,费时费力,用长时间双手端举信号线,容易发生误碰导致设备跳闸。文章介绍的金属氧化物避雷器泄漏电流带电测试电压提取智能终端是根据实际工作需要,弥补传统作业时的诸多缺点而设计制造,可提高定位电压端子的效率,避免选错端子或接取信号过程中误碰导致的事故。具有操作方便快捷、绝缘性能强、制造成本低、经济效益高等特点。文章创新点在于首次安装时一次精准定位,之后每次试验无需再次定位,直接利用终端面板上的端子即可,单人操作简单便捷,安全可靠。

     

    Abstract: The metal oxide surge arrester (MOSA) leakage current live test is one of the most frequent live tests carried out by the electrical equipment operation and maintenance company, the traditional live test method has shortcomings such as the second voltage terminal positioning is time-consuming and laborious, and lifting the signal line is prone to accidentally trip equipment, etc. The MOSAs leakage current live test voltage extraction intelligent terminal introduced in the paper is based on the actual needs of the daily work, to make up for the many shortcomings of the traditional live test methods, with the improvement of the efficiency in locating the voltage terminals, to avoid choosing the wrong terminals or picking up the signal process of accidents caused by the bad touch, easy to operate, strong insulation performance, low manufacturing costs,and high economic efficiency features. After installing the device by accurately positioning the second voltage terminals, each test doesn’t need to locate terminals again. The staff could use the terminals on the terminal panel directly, enabling single-person operation.
