蓄电池内阻异常引起的保护测控装置故障分析

Analysis of Protection Measurement and Control Device Fault Caused by Abnormal Internal Resistance of Battery

  • 摘要: 直流系统给变电站内继电保护装置、断路器操作、各类信号回路、事故照明等提供电源,是变电站的重要组成部分。蓄电池则是直流系统的核心部件,在变电站直流系统的交流输入消失或者直流充电模块故障时,为设备提供直流电源,保证变电站一段时间的稳定运行。文章针对一起10 kV配电线路故障引起变电站内直流母线电压异常,导致多个保护测控装置故障的事件原因进行分析,找到隐藏的蓄电池内阻异常原因,为变电站异常事故分析和日常安全运维提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The DC system is an important part of the substation to provide power for the relay protection device, circuit breaker operation, all kinds of signal circuits, accident lighting and so on. The battery is the core component of the DC system. When the AC input of the DC system disappears or the DC charging module fails, the battery provides DC power for the equipment to ensure the stable operation of the substation for a period of time. This paper analyzes the causes of a 10 kV distribution line fault that causes the DC bus voltage in substation to be abnormal, leading to the failure of multiple protection measurement and control devices, and finds out the hidden causes of battery internal resistance abnormalities, providing reference for substation abnormal accident analysis and daily safety operation and maintenance.
