声学成像技术在带电检测工作中的应用

The Application of Acoustic Imaging Technology in Live Detection Work

  • 摘要: 运行设备带电测试具备安全高效等优势,在变电运检工作中运用广泛。但设备许多早期缺陷和非电类缺陷运用常规的红外线、紫外线难以发现,而声学成像技术解决了该检测难点,可成为新的带电检测技术并作为检测补充。文章介绍了声学成像的原理,分析了其在实际工作中的优势,并通过现场运行变电站测试,介绍了部分电晕放电、悬浮放电、绝缘类放电和机械振动类缺陷实际案例,为运检工作人员现场缺陷判别提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The live testing of operating equipment has advantages such as safety and efficiency, and is widely used in substation operation and inspection work. However, many early defects and non electrical defects in the equipment are difficult to detect using conventional infrared and ultraviolet methods. Acoustic imaging technology solves this detection difficulty and can become a new live detection technology as a supplement to detection. This article introduces the principle of acoustic imaging, analyzes its advantages in practical work, and through on-site testing of substations, introduces practical cases of partial corona discharge, suspension discharge, insulation discharge, and mechanical vibration defects, providing reference for on-site defect identification of operation and inspection personnel.
