基于记忆电流相位比较的有源配电网故障隔离方案研究

A New Fault Isolation Scheme for Active Distribution Network Based on Comparison of Memorial Current Phase

  • 摘要: 针对分布式电源接入配电网对故障隔离的影响,提出了一种基于记忆电流相位比较的有源配电网故障隔离新方案。该方案利用配电线路上各FTU在故障前电流相位相同的特点,记忆故障前电流相位并作为基准,计算故障分量电流与记忆电流的相位关系,通过比较相邻FTU的相位关系构成故障隔离判据。即若相邻FTU所测量到故障分量电流方向相同,则判定为区外故障,否则为区内故障。该方案对通信要求低,无须装设电压互感器。通过大量的仿真验证,新方案能够解决传统故障隔离方案应用于有源配电网所带来的故障隔离误判以及失效等问题,具有良好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a new fault isolation scheme for distribution network with high penetration rate of DG, on the basis of comparing the memorial current phase. According to the same current phase information of the FTU of distribution line before the fault, the method gets the phase of current fault component on reference of the current phase before the fault. Fault isolation criterion is got by comparing the phase relationship between adjacent FTUs: if adjacent FTUs get the same phase of current, it's the external fault; otherwise the fault is internal one. Extensive simulations show that the scheme needs little communication traffic, need not to install voltage transformers. It is possible to solve fault isolation misjudgment and failure or other issues brought by the applying of the traditional fault isolation to active distribution network, and possess a good prospect of engineering application.
