Abstract:
In order to seize valuable access resources in advance, new energy stations often plan to access substations that are planned or under construction. Once the actual operation time of the substations change, it may not be able to meet the grid-connection requirements of new energy stations. In this paper, to help new energy developers without a hitch, an idea of combining long-term and short-term development for new energy delivery engineering design was carried out under the background of new power system. In the typical case of Yushan photovoltaic project, the designer taking into account the line path, the foundation type, the tower type, the tower positioning, and the accessories follows the principle of "long-term first and then short-term". Finally, unnecessary investment was reduced, the project was transitioned from short-term to long-term smoothly, and the grid-connected needs was met successful.
