Abstract:
Urban community power supply for thousands of households, is the "last kilometer" of power service, due to historical objective, equipment aging and other reasons, the weak link is easy to evolve into a "risk source". Based on relevant national policies and regulations, this paper analyzes the current situation and trend of power supply risk in urban communities from the aspects of responsibility interface, investment subject, supervision and management, and development of new facilities, and analyzes the impact on power grid security. Systemic response measures and relevant suggestions were put forward from the management and technical levels to further improve risk prevention and control and response capabilities and ensure the safety of power supply.
