Abstract: This article focuses on the power outage of 10 kV overhead power lines due to faults. In order to reduce the scope of power outage, reduce maintenance time, and improve the safety of construction workers, a full perception distribution network bypass operation quick docking device is developed. This device can greatly reduce the scope of power outage, reduce maintenance time, improve power supply reliability, and ensure the personal safety of construction workers.
