一种智能光伏汇流箱

The Utility Model Relates to an Intelligent Photovoltaic Junction Box

  • 摘要: 汇流箱一般单独应用于交流并网发电系统中,是连接在逆变器和光伏组件之间的一种装置,在制氢系统中还未有应用,也没有作为系统选择性装置出现过。文章提出一种光伏组件利用率高,功能齐全,可以根据用户需求,根据接收指令在两种并网系统之间灵活投切的新型智能汇流箱。智能汇流箱由汇流电路、采集控制单元、互锁电路、中间继电器组、输出继电器组以及风扇和机箱组成;其中汇流电路带有防雷模块,采集控制单元与主站通过RS485进行通信。该装置可以实现光伏发电和制氢两个系统之间的投切功能,采集功能和防雷功能。

     

    Abstract: Intelligent Concentrator Box is generally applied separately in AC grid-connected power generation systems and serves as a device connecting inverter and photovoltaic component. There has been no application in hydrogen production system nor as a selectively installed device. This paper proposes a new type of intelligent concentrator box with high photovoltaic component utilization rate, comprehensive functions, and the ability to flexibly switch between two grid-connected systems according to user needs. The intelligent concentrator box consists of current collecting circuit, control unit, interlocking circuit, intermediate relay group, output relay group, fans, and casing. The concentrating circuit is equipped with lightning protection module, and the control unit communicates with the main station through RS485. This device can achieve switching function, collecting function, and lightning protection function between photovoltaic power generation and hydrogen production systems.
