Abstract: According to the actual situation of distribution network in Heze, this article introduces the background,site selection and duty location of the Heze distribution network master and standby scheduling system,a technical solution for terminal access distribution network master and standby scheduling system was proposed for transformer substation terminals, wireless terminals and fiber optic terminals. Additionally, the construction characteristics of distribution network standby system were summarized, which greatly improves the emergency capacity of power distribution automatic system and and its ability to perform remote disaster recovery.
