Analysis of a Case of Multiple Accidents Caused by Grounding of a 10 kV Distribution Network Line

  • 摘要: 介绍了一起10 kV线路因单相接地故障,引起其他线路绝缘性能降低,造成相间短路,同时因为温渎变电站华都9031线开关机械卡涩无法正常分闸导致越级跳闸的事故案例,对事故的处置流程进行了详细描述,同时对故障的原因进行了分析,最后给出相应的整改措施。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces an accident case of a 10 kV line due to a single-phase grounding fault and voltage rise, which resulted in a decrease in the insulation performance of other line cable heads, resulting in a phase to phase short circuit. At the same time, due to the mechanical jamming of the line switch, it was unable to open normally, resulting in a skip trip. The handling process of the story is described in detail, and the cause of the fault is analyzed. Finally, corresponding corrective measures are provided.
