110 kV低电阻接地变电站保护误动分析及预控措施

Analysis and Precontrol Measures of Protection Misoperation in 110 kV Low Resistance Grounding Substation

  • 摘要: 低电阻接地变系统广泛应用于10 kV配网系统,在运行中发现若零序电流互感器误接线以及装置内置参数调试不当,会产生导致保护误动作的隐患。文章通过分析变电站接地变低电阻接地系统所存在的隐患,梳理了低电阻接地变系统隐患排查与整改思路,分别从回路、装置参数与保护功能方面制定了隐患排查方案,为验收、检查变电站低电阻接地系统积累了技术经验。

     

    Abstract: After the widespread application of low resistance grounding transformer system in 10 kV distribution network system, it was found during operation that if the zero sequence current transformer is wrongly connected and the built-in parameters of the device are not properly adjusted, it will cause hidden dangers of protection misoperation. This article analyzes the hidden dangers in the low rent grounding system of substation grounding transformers, summarizes the hidden danger investigation and rectification ideas of low resistance grounding transformer systems, and formulates hidden danger investigation plans from the aspects of circuit, device parameters, and protection functions. Accumulated technical experience for acceptance and inspection of low resistance grounding systems in substations.
