基于电压步长模糊控制的光伏出力响应方法

Photovoltaic Output Response Method Based on Voltage Step Fuzzy Control

  • 摘要: 针对配电网分布式光伏有功跟踪控制存在的快速性与精确性不足,造成功率波动和上网消纳困难的问题,提出了一种分布式光伏有功快速精确跟踪综合控制方法。该方法基于对P\text-U 曲线插值的变论域电压步长模糊控制,相较于定步长扰动观察法,该方法能减小跟踪上升时间约95%;相较于定论域模糊控制与定系数变论域模糊控制,该方法能减小调节时间与超调量分别约94%和84%。可提升光伏功率的快速精确响应能力,进而提高光伏功率的可控性,提升光伏消纳能力。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a comprehensive control method for fast and accurate tracking of distributed photovoltaic active power in distribution networks, which addresses the issues of insufficient speed and accuracy, fluctuation in success rate, and difficulty in online consumption. This method is based on variable universe voltage step size fuzzy control for P-U curve interpolation. Compared with the fixed step size disturbance observation method, this method can reduce the tracking rise time by about 95%; compared to fixed universe fuzzy control and variable universe fuzzy control with fixed coefficients, this method can reduce adjustment time and overshoot by about 94% and 84%, respectively. It can enhance the fast and accurate response ability of photovoltaic power, thereby improving the controllability of photovoltaic power and enhancing photovoltaic consumption capacity.
