高比例分布式光伏接入下的配电网承载力与灵活性提升研究

Research on Improving the Capacity and Flexibility of Distribution Network under Overmuch Distributed Photovoltaics Access

  • 摘要: 随着新能源接入规模的不断提高,对电网承载力、电压质量、线路等方面造成的影响也越来越大。文章提出了提升新能源消纳能力的规划措施体系,首先优化新能源消纳能力评估的计算方法,能够对县级电网新能源承载力进行评价。然后从能源交互站建设、储能应用等角度,提出提升配电网灵活性的措施,能够有效提升配电网的消纳能力,提高电网稳定运行水平。

     

    Abstract: With the development of distributed photovoltaic, the impact on power grid hosting capacity, voltage quality, lines loss and other aspects is also increasing. This paper proposes a system of planning measures to improve the hosting capacity of new energy. Firstly, a calculation method for the evaluation of the hosting capacity of new energy is developed, which can evaluate the new energy hosting capacity of the county-level power grid. Then, from the perspective of energy interaction station construction and energy storage application, it puts forward measures to improve the flexibility of distribution network, which can effectively improve the hosting capacity of distribution network and improve the stable operation level of power grid.
