  • 摘要: 高压电容器安装时主要采用人工方式,托举难度大、拆装风险高,需多人协作且费时费力,严重影响了运维检修工作效率。基于此,文章设计了一套有限空间下高压电容器快速更换装置,主要包括传输结构和支撑结构2部分。其中,传输结构设置垂直和水平传输装置,方便电容器模块起吊和进出,免去了搬运费力和容易掉落的问题,可提高检修工作效率;支撑结构采用焊接框架和调平元件,保证高压电容器快速更换装置在作业过程中有足够的安全系数,可强化现场作业管控。该装置实用价值显著,值得深入研究和拓展应用。

     

    Abstract: The installation of high-voltage capacitors is mainly done manually, which is difficult to lift and carries high risks of disassembly and assembly. It requires multiple people to cooperate, which is time-consuming and laborious, seriously affecting the efficiency of operation and maintenance work. Based on this, this article designs a fast replacement device for high-voltage capacitors in limited space, mainly including two parts: transmission structure and support structure. Among them, the transmission structure is equipped with vertical and horizontal transmission devices, which facilitate the lifting and entry and exit of capacitor modules, eliminating the problems of difficult handling and easy dropping, and can improve the efficiency of maintenance work; The supporting structure adopts welded frames and leveling elements to ensure that the high-voltage capacitor quick replacement device has sufficient safety factors during the operation process, which can strengthen on-site operation control. This device has significant practical value and is worthy of in-depth research and expanded application.
