TRIZ在高压开关柜顶检修作业中的应用

The Application of TRIZ Theory in the Top Maintenance Operation of Hige Voltage Switchgear

  • 摘要: 针对目前变电站内10~35 kV开关柜柜顶检修作业时因未系安全带或系安全带不规范行为频发的高坠事件,文章采用TRIZ理论分析方法,设计一种开关柜上安全带的悬挂装置,解决现有开关柜柜顶无安全带悬挂点的问题,有效杜绝违章行为,大大降低高空坠落的风险,有力保障了作业人员人身安全。

     

    Abstract: In view of the current high fall events due to the failure to wear seat belts or irregular behaviors of wearing seat belts during the top maintenance operation of 10~35 kV switch cabinet in the substation, this paper adopts TRIZ theory analysis method to design a suspension device for safety belts on switch cabinet to solve the problem of no safety belt suspension points on the top of the existing switch cabinet, effectively eliminate illegal behaviors, greatly reduce the risk of falling from height, and effectively protect the personal safety of operators.
